Add or remove a license administrator

A license administrator is a person who has permission to add, reassign and revoke your licenses.

Your license administrator(s) is displayed at the top of your  License Manager


License administrators do NOT claim one of your licenses. You can have as many license administrators as you'd like.

Add a license administrator

You can add as many license administrators to your account as you'd like (up to the number of total licenses you have).

  1. Go to the License Admins card in your License Manager
  2. Enter the new license administrator's email
  3. Click the plus button or hit enter


When you add a license administrator, that person will not be automatically notified.

Remove a license administrator

  1. Go to the License Admins card in your License Manager
  2. Click the trash can icon next to the license admin you want to remove
